(Dell) sent out a technician to replace my hard drive and reinstall Windows 7 Professional using a Dell Windows 7 Professional 32-Bit reinstallation CD (not the one I received in November). I upgraded to Windows 7 Professional in November last year using a "Windows Vista Business to Windows 7 Professional" upgrade CD which Dell sent out to me and all was working fine until my hard drive went corrupt in May.
