Allow Occult Change: Permits your sims to be converted to occults as the story manager sees fit to assign them. Allow: Do you want these personalities to be enabled in your town, if not set to false. I do not anymore so I don’t touch this really. I believe the “personalities” section only applies really if you have personality/advanced story modules installed. This save I don’t care and want less pop ups at 3am I have it set to false (which is also default). Notify on Move: If you want sp to send you a note when your sims change lots you can set this to true.
